Wickedly Oz

What a week it has been for our Drama Club!

They have been busy performing their musical ‘Wickedly Oz’.

'Wickedly Oz' is a mix of ‘The Wizard of Oz’ and ‘Wicked’ written by our very own Jessica Ferris. All dances have been choreographed by the wonderful Meg Ryan.

Our musical incorporates the four main characters from the Wizard of Oz: Dorothy, Lion, Tin Man and Scarecrow as well as Elphaba and Glinda from Wicked. 

‘Wickedly Oz’ includes a variety of uplifting and energetic singing and dancing performances including One Short Day, Somewhere over the Rainbow and Defying Gravity.

Our Drama Club was established in January 2025 and is made up of 5th and 6th class students. Rehearsals took place on Thursdays after school and their dedication and talent was be clear to see.

A huge thank you to our cast and production team who have put months of hard work and dedication into creating this incredible performance. And thank you to our whole school community for the fantastic encouragement and support we have received!
