Coillte

We were delighted to welcome Dermot and Barry from Coillte to our school on the 7th of March for National Tree Week. Dermot and Barry held a workshop with Ms Nic Suibhne’s 5th class and they went out to plant some Birch trees on the school grounds.

Dermot and Barry also brought a Birch tree sapling for every student in our school to bring home and plant. Nearly 500 trees planted in our school community! We are so grateful to them both.
