Our Chess Club were delighted to take part in the recent Féile Fichille in St Seachnall's National School in Dunshaughlin on the 13th of February. 112 students from four different primary schools were present and it was a very enjoyable day. Students were from Dunboyne Senior Primary School, St Seachnalls Dunshaughlin, Killyon National School and Gaelscoil na Rithe.
Thank you to Mr O'Dwyer who has held a lunch time Chess Club with our 5th and 6th class students every week in preparation for the tournament and thank you to St Seachnalls for their very warm welcome and hospitality.
